• Capture the spiral: Write down today's thought, where it started, and where it's trying to take you. Then stop digging.
• Hand it over: Write your prayer. It's fine if it's messy, and it's fine if it's short.
Take In
• Write out the day's verse slowly, and let the pen set the pace.
• Receive it: Discover what the verse says about how God sees you, then extend that same grace to yourself.
• Respond: Consider one step God may be inviting you to take.
